When I went to pick up the car they were not working even though it says they are open. I came again in the morning and then they told me that they didn't have any vehicles available. Why didn't anyone send me an email or a text message, a voice message that they didn't have a vehicle available so I could look elsewhere? This is the second time this has happened to me with Enterprise and the last time. Very unprofessional from them. Have my weekend plans ruined because of them.
