- RWRoberta WilsonNov 9, 20161.0This location located at the Great Falls International Airport has scammed us for over 6K for damages that already existed when we picked up the car. At the counter the manager told us not to worry about the damages, and when we returned the car to a different location they noted the damage on the system as WE had done it. The GF location purposely didn't enter the damage prior to us renting it, waited for the first person to not purchase their extra insurance so they could scam us. We have USAA and they have paid most of it but we still had to pay over $1500 that our insurance didn't pay. AWFUL experience, no one should do business with these scammers!
