- JKJeremy King3 days ago1.0They just can't figure it out. This is absolutely the last time I give them my business. Every time has been a disaster. And every time they DESTROY my lug nuts! This time they destroyed every lug nut on the one wheel they took off. They have a huge lack of following a standard process. Every time is like there first day as a tire shop. I've never seen such a complete disaster. I will pay more to go to the dealership and have it done well!
