They even have a little drawing/ hangout spot for your kids! Weve taken a few tires to them and a pickup for an alignment. Whether it was scheduled or a drop in, they've gotten what we needed done in a timely manner or earlier than expected! They will be our go to place for anything we cant do ourselves. Cant thank you guys enough!
- MPMichael Duane PruittFeb 17, 20261.0Not a service shop. I have had my Ford Edge in their shop several times to have the brakes repaired. They keep saying there are no issues. My brakes squeal and lockup on my 2021 Ford Edge. I asked for my brake pads to changed, not checked, just to start marking issues off the list of possible issues. Again, they did not change my brake pads and added fluid to system, and said, see if this helps? They said they didn't have time to change my brake pads. The reply states that my car had new brakes, which is not true. they actually gave me the measurements for the wear on my pads. Also, they state that I should have scheduled an appointment. i did schedule an appointment and specifically asked for my brake pads to be changed. They have my car in their system and should have ordered the pads when they set the appointment. When I asked why my pads weren't changed, they said they did not have time. Now they say my car did not need brake pads, well, which was it? Did not need pads, or did not have time???
