This time they destroyed every lug nut on the one wheel they took off. They have a huge lack of following a standard process. I have witnessed the young woman at the front counter be extremely rude to people including myself when she is incompetent. Every time is like there first day as a tire shop. I've never seen such a complete disaster. I will pay more to go to the dealership and have it done well!
