- TBTim BurtonJan 5, 20265.0Dillon Collision. Jay, Cheryl & Travis are wizards when it comes to auto repair. These guys have been doing this a long time. The reason they are so busy is that they are the BEST. Just hit an elk, deer or a couple of pheasant and you will see. Cheryl is a master at insurance company relations. She did such a wonderful job interfacing with my insurance company. Jay (Owner) is a master body & paint guy. He understands the intricacies of bidding a job fair & right! Travis is a master mechanic and body work specialist. They took my smashed SUBI STI and turned it back into a wonderful car. Their work is flawless. Thank you guys for resurrecting my "Deer Experience". Best Regards. Tim
- EJEric JohnstonJul 8, 20231.0Well, these guys had our car for about 3 months, the work done seems okay, but they did not secure our vehicle, and someone was sneaking into it and smoking a TON, and letting the cigarettes burn out in our cup holders. They took no responsibility for it, they did detail it, but to no avail and it still smells atrocious. they seemed super put out at having to do this, and made zero apology, told us they lock cars and don't have employees that smoke, but clearly someone was coming into their very unsecure yard area and smoking up a storm in our damn vehicle. They should replace our cup holder but have made no such offer, and they should detail and clean our car over and over. For the time being it seems ruined, and it is their fault. Horrible looking after things and how no employee noticed this is horrendous. Never again if I get in a wreck, I'll tow to Bozeman or Butte.
- EEEmilyJan 9, 20221.0Dropped my van off after being hit by a deer around the 12 of Dec. Went back about a week later to grab a few things out of it and found it hadn't moved at all. No one had looked at it, touched it, nothing. In fact, my keys were on the front seat and the doors were unlocked while it sat on the main road. They seemed unphased by this and, despite not having looked at it, stuck with a wait time of 2-4 months, meanwhile I'm blowing thrown my allotted rental time through my insurance company while my car sits there waiting. I ended up calling around and having Yates from Butte take over. They picked it up the next day. Day after that had a price and time estimate. The van will be ready in great time by today's standards and they've kept me up to speed every step of the way. Long story short, if I could give Dillon Collision negative stars, I would. Save yourselves the time and expense of Dillon Collision Center. They clearly don't need your business.
