The so called manager's, a Bradley and a Roger where so rude to my neighbor and myself about his warranties that I had to go back in to try and get their names and they started with me!! I'm a combat vet and think I deserve a little respect. Especially when it's your warranty that you have put on your parts!! I have over the years spent a lot of money in AutoZone,but no more... I will never shop at yours or any other AutoZone on the planet.
