- ASAmerica SApr 3, 20261.0Enterprise is renting unsafe vehicles. Period. Three times this has happened in 1.5 years. All rented from Butte MT location. I have serious concerns about these vehicles getting proper maintenance. Regional manager said they get required maintenance locally. Also a concern. Our rental was a Honda Odessy (36k mi)..seemed ok at the time. Then.. the vehicle broke in Las Vegas. That branch helped get a replacement but it took my labor, time, and patience. This time, the replacement vehicle from Las Vegas airport location had bad breaks. Only found out at freeway speeds. By then, too late to go back. HOW ARE THESE VEHICLES BEING ALLOWED TO GET RENTED? So...the theme is Enterprise does not care about your safety. The attached photos are from a new Honda Odessy (26k mi)...where the computer went haywire and the vehicle just quit on us in Las Vegas0. Lucky we were driving local and not freeway. Just so you all know Enterprise will not correct this issue and I am sure no one will contact me about it. Oh you think it was a free rental after this? Nope...they still wanted to get money. So...maybe it is Hertz from now on?

I was returning a rental a month ago and had a roughly 40-minute walk ahead of me in the cold, and he offered to drop me off at my destination. That level of initiative and customer care really stood out. It’s the little things like that that make a big difference.
