My safety features of my car work and I have a new windshield in place so I am satisfied with the service rendered. Will you waste a lot of your day doing it? Maybe. I was clear with the customer service rep that I did not live in Bozeman, did not have a ride, and was just going to walk over to Starbucks to try and get some work done but that I would like a call when the car was complete. I would have waited in the waiting area but 3 hours is a long time to try and type while balancing your laptop on your lap (no tables, counters or other surfaces in the waiting room). Did I get a call when the car was complete? Nope. 4.5 hours later I did leave with a new windshield after calling to check on the process and being told my car had been completed for some time and I could pick it up by 5 pm. (BTW I did check for missed calls and voicemails which I did not have. I had received a bunch of text messages reminding me of the appointment so I am confident they had my phone number correct. I do not have call a screening or blocking feature on as I have a job that requires me to take phone calls from unknown numbers on my cell.) So they did it. I have a new windshield without cracks that I can see through better, but I expected better customer service.
