I'm appreciative they called me, but Enterprise is a multi-billion dollar company. They don't know they don't have a vehicle available to rent to me when I'm booking online? Very bad experience.

- BEBrian EdsallJul 1, 20241.0Not happy with my experience here at all! Called on the 17th of June to rent a 1 Ton Truck for July 6th-15th. Express that I would be towing a large trailer weighing 13k lbs. and it needed to to be 4 door preferably dual rear wheel. Was assured that there would be no issue. I stopped today to confirm my rental, only to find out that the guy had been relying on a truck to be returned. He told me that the customer extended the rental 2 week's so there now was not a rental for me. The truck was already rented to me so should have never been an option to extend the rental. You double booked your rental and put me in one terrible position. I have lot of money from lodging to the equipment I was going to pick up on the line. Thanks for the terrible business practice.
