  B&B did a great job on my 2010 Nissan Murano. I brought my vehicle into them, because it died, without any warning, and had rather confusing symptoms. After some testing & diagnostic work, they narrowed it down to needing a new alternator. They originally installed a refurbished alternator, to help try to keep the cost down. However, upon receiving my vehicle back within a few days, it died within a few hours. Which was very frustrating and confusing. Upon calling B&B, they sent their crew out, to me in the parking lot where it had died. They towed it back to their shop and proceeded to work on it. Only to discover that the refurbished alternator that they had been sold, was also shot. To make it right, They took my car back in for a few more days, and with no extra cost, to me for the second round of labor to again replace the alternator (with a new one, this time) they were able to get my vehicle repaired and back to happy & running well, within a few days! It was hard being without a vehicle for that extended period of time, but I SUPER appreciate the time & attention that was put into making sure my car was repaired fully and safe to drive! Also, KATE, at the front desk is a DOLL, to work with!!! She is kind, and very communicative! These guys are great! Highly recommend!

  These guys deserve your business! I am from out of town and had a short laundry list of trouble caused by winter weather. These guys were professional, quick, and honest. They finished faster than they thought, and instead of going with the original quote they lowered the cost when I wouldn’t have noticed the difference. They also gave me a lot of solid advice! Also each time I came in I noticed that some very salty looking mechanics were taking their cars or their family members cars here to get repairs done! Best mechanic experience I have ever had. Wish these guys were near my hometown. These are good, honest people and will make sure to take care of you! Be aware though that they don’t typically work on diesels. But since all I needed were rotors, brakes, and a couple of parts they were willing to work on it. All in all I could not be more impressed. I wish they were closer to my hometown.
