  Worst customer service I've seen in my life. Went in because the store website showed all I needed was in stock. I had the part numbers, again from the store website. The gal behind the counter started by not paying attention to what I needed and looked up other parts. I provided part numbers and showed the information from the website. I was given a bunch of attitude and "Well we don't know if these parts will fit"...well duh. Im using your information from your website. I bought one part and ordered the rest from another parts store.

  I called in about getting a lug nut, as I was missing one and I wanted to know if they could help me put it on. They had what I needed in stock and had the best customer service. Zach went above & beyond making sure I was safe on the road.

  Had a battery concern. Sarah completed multiple diagnostics on my truck immediately & quickly. She even gave me an idea about a possible phantom power draw which proved to be correct. No troubles since following Sarah’s advice. Always glad I do business with AutoZone for batteries, parts, etc. Sarah Rules!

  This place is absolutely solid. We needed our battery replaced in our Mazda and the staff was extremely knowledgeable. They swapped the battery out in 7 minutes and saved me from a core charge or having to do it myself. I'm very grateful.

  Came in for replacement gas cap a few weeks back and John went above and beyond helping me get the right one Thank You John !!!
