  Dylan and Ethen are so professional but also so polite! I have an old 1999 swift and no other place had a windshield for it that we called But…… Safelite to the rescue!! Thanks guys!

  The two gentlemen who came out and replaced my windshield were easy to work with, gave me a call when they finished a customers car early before they headed to my location and made sure I was available before doing so. They were polite, clean, well kept, and fun to chop it up with while they worked on my car as I stood by and watched. New windshield looks fantastic!

  I can't say enough good things about this place. Isaac came over right on time and was so polite and helpful. I had another part that went with the back windshield that came in later and he came right back and installed that with no charge. By the way, this was less than half of what I would have paid at the dealership. Will for sure use them again.

  I am giving one star because, so far, the windshield replacement itself appears to have been done correctly. However, my experience with customer service was extremely disappointing. The staff was unprofessional, rude, and failed to communicate properly throughout the entire process. I rescheduled my appointment online and received confirmation via text and email. Despite showing proof when I arrived, I was told I was late and that my updated appointment time was “not accurate,” which they continued to deny. I was informed there would be a delay in starting my vehicle, which I understood. However, shortly after leaving, I received a message stating that the replacement had already begun and that I would receive updates when the work was nearing completion. I never received any further communication. I dropped my vehicle off at 12:30 PM and was told the job would take about three hours. After hearing nothing, I called at 4:58 PM to check the status, only to be told my vehicle was already finished. When I asked about closing time, I was told they closed at 5 PM—leaving me almost no time to arrange a ride from across town. No one could explain why I was never notified. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle, the employee was again very rude and continued to insist I had been late, despite the confirmation I showed him. He also stated the job would have taken three hours, implying I should have known when it would be done, but again offered no explanation for the lack of communication. While the work itself seems fine, the overall experience was frustrating and unprofessional. I would not recommend this business based on their customer service alone.
