  They don't do front wheel alignments. They prefer to replace expensive front steering wheels on trucks after they've suffered severe wear on one part of the tread. They don't have their own replacement wheels, so they send them to the tire shop across the street. The auto repair shop has its own queue, which requires an appointment a week in advance, so I had to wait until the end of business hours until they had an opening and could put a new tire on me.

  Penske in Billings has the best service in the rental office and service department. The staff are all very nice and very good to work with. Rented my truck without any hiccups. Go to Penske in Billings for the best trucks!

  Their perspective: with $200 they buy your happiness with the rental regardless of what comes up. Mine: with $2400 I should be renting a fully functioning truck with the most basic things checked and handled. Our truck had not been cleaned at all. They gave a "partial refund" for the mess. After loading it we went to get in - the passenger side door was completely broken. We were delayed 2 hours in order to give them the chance to fix it. They couldn't. That night when we hit a storm the windshield wipers didn't work - and there was no washer fluid! When we called again she said to call 24 hour assistance and wait on the side of the road for help. We were already significantly delayed for the door and by the truck's difficulty in pulling the load that it was cleared to pull.
