A gentleman dressed sharp for work who sat next to me was treated a lot better- they actually asked how his day was and called him sir. I don't need to be treated like royalty but a response to my questions or concerns beyond a 'shrug' would generally be appreciated, instead of mumbling through my order grimly. They even left my old oil-change stickers crumpled on the drivers seat like they couldn't even be bothered to throw them away. Don't go here unless you're dressed well, or you are in for a painful experience.

They upsold me on rear and front differental servicing. I didn't feel like doing it myself so i agreed. I again asked while paying if my coolant was low like id thought and was assured it was fine. I just checked this morning and that tank was completely empty. No fluid under my car so no leak. I thankfully had some at home but I'm severely disappointed in this company and this could have been very bad for my vehicle. I'd recommend you not visit this establishment
