The young lady that checked me in was nice, the speed of the service was good and I used a coupon to save $17 on the premium Penzoil full synthetic change that still cost me $120. The service tech/manager was very rude. She was so rude that I can get my oil changed anywhere but it will never be at the Jiffy Lube on Henesta ever again. It’s all good , I’ll just go somewhere else.
