Went today and they said they couldn't do an oil change on my Nissan due to it having a plastic oil pan and there being a history of issues. They did my oil change a few months ago without telling me any one these issues. I took my vehicle to Nissan for an oil change and it turns out that when I had Jiffy Lube change the oil the last time, they had already tightened the plug too much and now my vehicle has to get a new oil pan due to their negligence. Not thrilled they sent me on the way knowing they had already screwed it up.

Unfortunately, I have an 2002 Volkswagen Atlas Crossport, and they and almost every other shop in town didn't have oil, or a filter for an oil change for it. I don't blame them in any way as only Masterlube had the correct oil, and filter for it. They took very good care of my wife's vehicle. I still highly recommend Jiffy lube. They're fast, honest, and their prices are excellent.
