I didn't mind the wait but the young man that greeted me was kinda hinting I should go somewhere else. When they found out I had a rental car, it got worse. I was told to come there by the local Enterprise office but the Jiffy manager, Amanda, told me they couldn't service the car without an Enterprise employee present. She didn't stop to think about double checking that assumption despite the fact that I, someone traveling from Michigan, would have never known to come there if I hadn't been specifically told to. They then asked me to get out of line while I called Enterprise to get the issue sorted. They had quoted me a 40 min wait, there was no way I wouldn't have it sorted with Enterprise by the time it was my turn. Sure enough I got Enterprise on the phone on less than 10 min and passed it off to Amanda. She wasn't apologetic or anything about her having the wrong info. I asked her if I could have my place back in the queue, as they had moved another car ahead of mine, she just told me to get back in line and walked off. I ended up leaving and going to the Jiffy on Henesta, they made the whole thing smooth and easy.
