- BBBradley BeachSep 6, 20255.0They were extra rude and violent . They took my work van in the shop installed the wrong unit in my van and said I owed way more a lot of money then was quoted before installing the intoxillock unit . I refused to pay for wrong installation of unit not for my van they got even more violent saying they were keeping my van which was loaded with over 100,000 Dollars worth of tools and equipment . I told them they weren't going to keep my companies van or equipment . And I called the police . The man then came out stole my phone and broke it so I couldn't make any calls to anyone and punched me in the face . The police arrived and I explained what happened they refused to take out wrong installation so I never got the right unit installed and had to pay the outrageous amount of money for wrong installation. The shops name is Jarrett's Stereos in Billings Montana!!! Very Scary business!!!
