The staff was friendly and helpful, the service was speedy, and everything went smoothly While waiting for my luggage at baggage claim I walked over and picked up my rental keys. The individual was efficient, pleasant, and thorough. I was done before bags even started coming out. The lot was very close to the arrivals door of the airport, and this location is crazy close to downtown Billings (like 5min away) I received a text message from Enterprise after picking up my car just checking in with me. This was helpful because I had a question about the return process, a this was a direct line to the front desk at the airport location. They promptly responded and addressed my question While returning the car, the attendant was one of the most friendly staff members I had ever spoken to. Again, they were efficient, helpful, and they made me feel valued The only confusing part was that there was a sign when you get in the queue for Enterprise, but the sign said like National and another car company (not Enterprise). I was told that anyone at any of the rental car company desks would be able to help. Similarly, at drop off, you can park in any of the rental car spaces, not just Enterprise Some tips: Remember you can text them if you have any questions. Also, there’s a gas station in downtown Billings that’s only a couple minutes from the airport Cheers!!
