  Shadow is such a helpful, knowledgeable and kind person. We're SO grateful for her help throughout our trailer buying process. She listened to what we were looking for and took us directly to the perfect trailer for us. No games or gimmicks, just integrity. The technical support we got when picking up the trailer was comprehensive and complete! We recommend Shadow and the entire Camping World of Billings team to everyone!

  Bought a new toy hauler from them today. Low pressure. Good experience would definitely recommend. Shadow was our sales person she is a rock star!

  Absolutely killed it amazing staff very friendly and helpful. Gave me a good debriefing on the camper I purchased and gave me some good tips. Shadow crushed it no long haggling or sales pitch straight to the point and made good on their word.

  First I'll say I have had no issues with the Billings, MT Branch! Shadow was an amazing sales person while we were looking, but ultimately bought from a different company, because the used camper we were wanting was priced higher than a new camper of the same model. She was unable to make a deal, because they wouldn't budge on the price... My issue is with the Consignment Department. Their disorganization and poor communication is unprofessional. We were told the camper would not be marked up, because they make their money on the Good Sam and ancelary support products (this will be important as you read further). They failed to notify us that we needed to have the title in hand at drop off. The local Branch we were delivering it to didn't even know we were coming. It was an awkward and frustrating morning for us and the Sale Person. For some reason I had a service ticket opened for a parts sale and repair on my camper. When I called, the customer service folks didn't understand it either. I have emailed them numerous times regarding the status of our camper sale. They have failed to return any of my email requests for information. Currently my camper is sitting on the lot, priced significantly higher than a brand new version of the same model (now you see the dilemma with the price). When I pointed this out, I was told they do Mark up consignments to allow some price negotiations. I have no issues with them making money, especially the sales folks, but $8000! The price is scaring people away from the camper. Why pay more when a brand new one is $2000 less!? When I recommended the price be lowered, I received no contact. I continue to be in a communications black-out with them. So I'll be calling the Consignment folks to have them exercise their ability to purchase the camper at the agreed upon consignment price. I doubt they will honor that price... Update...I attempted to call the consignment folks and they can't help me now! Could someone from the store who can, give me a call?!
