  I had car issues yesterday my battery died while at an appointment downtown. I had no idea what to do. I tried calling an auto repair shop, but they did not tow or come to jump. I tried to jump it with a FatMax but my FatMax was to low on charge. I finally called around to see if I could find a new one if I could not get mine charged. I called Auto Zone on 24th street. Heidi was the hero of the day. She told me the answers to my questions, but most importantly gave me a number for a mobile mechanic Doug. Doug was able to come down to the clinic and diagnose my issue with a tool he had. He found that my battery was low and needed to be replaced. After Doug got my car started he followed me to AutoZone to help me pick a battery out. Then he installed it for me. If it would not if been for Heidi I would if had to pay a large towing fee and then having a shop diagnose and fixed my issue. Thanks so do much Heidi for recommending Doug. You both Rock and I can't thank you enough. I am also going to have Doug fix a couple of issues I have with my car from parts from AutoZone. This is the place I will now use for all my auto needs. I will also let everyone I know that needs auto parts about AutoZone and Doug.

  Amazing customer service! I picked up a set of headlights for my vehicle at the store on grand, and had a very unpleasant experience at the grand store. Did not want to go back to return that due to the experience I had there. Came to the store on 24th and was greeted as soon as I walked in. They were very helpful and jumped right to helping me return the headlights. Thank you so much to the store manager and the woman working the cash register (I cannot remember your names) but you guys were so pleasant to interact with!!!

  Terrible customer service. The manager kept taking calls when I was right in front of him. No recognition. Typically you help customers in store before taking calls. After 10 minutes he pointed to one of his employees to help. He had no clue what he was doing and smelled so bad I had to take 3 steps back. Horrible experience and I recommend to go elsewhere if you wanted to be treated with respect.

  Have to shoutout Harley—he was genuinely one of the sweetest and most helpful people I’ve met, he didn’t just explain what I needed, he literally came outside in the cold to help me with my truck. That kind of kindness and effort is rare, and it meant so much. THANK YOU HARLEY! Zone is lucky to have yoU!

  What Kelly said about Kealoni...absolutely tops in service, creativity & she really is tenacious..& up for a challenge. We were looking for a dash mounted phone holder & she did not oversell...took it home, didn't stick to the dash...returned the next day & we tried several others before finding one that would work on our dash..she went way above & beyond making sure it worked before we left & she has a fantastic attitude with customers & co-workers alike. Thank You for doing what Subaru couldn't...
