- WWWendyJan 17, 20265.0This old lady was on a trip coming across a lot of country with no cellphone service. About 15 miles north of Big Timber, my 1997 diesel pickup began making strange noises. I rolled into the gas station for fuel, and as road noise decreased, I heard loud grinding noises coming from under the hood. Eeek! I took a look and saw that my serpentine belt was shredding, and a pully was sitting at an odd angle. After fueling, I crossed my fingers and drove the few blocks to Point S Tire and Auto. Such a wonderfully helpful crew! Tory, Devyn, and Kevin couldn't replace my vacuum pump, that had a broken pulley to boot, right away due to lack of local parts availability, but had it all finished and ready to go the next morning. Thank you, thank you! My heroes!

They looked at our tires, rebalanced them, looked at the front end and made sure all was in order. They got us back on the road with confidence. They said Merry Christmas to us and sent us on our way! Very nice crew and thank you so much for getting us back on the road and home safely to Billings. Would highly recommend this business and will be back!
