Upon my arrival they told me they didn't have my vehicle and I could either get a lesser vehicle or pay more for a 4 wheel drive. Due to weather conditions I needed 4 wheel drive. I had to pay additional charges. It was bad business and I will look elsewhere in the future when I travel.

The decided to the recover the car on the first night of the rental. 5 days later, no one came to tow the car. I have been trying to reach them by phone directly but no one answered. Corporate customer service completely useless. I will be fighting this charge with the credit card companies. Update: These crooks had the audacity to charge me for the full rental. Do not rent from here. Still fighting with the credit card company.

Now not able to leave my rental house. Have been trying to get in contact with the branch at this point for over 4 hours. The tow truck could have brought me a replacement, but because no one can get any communication with the branch through messaging services, email, or calls, I have to ride the hour into the location with the tow truck driver (uber cannot access here either) and then drive back. So, Ive lost literally a full day of my 4 day visit to their mistakes. Corporate main lines have helped remedy only some of the situation, like actually getting roadside assistance, and they have also sent messages to them to no avail. Definitely do NOT go with this branch.
