We asked her if that was correct and told her it was not our car and she said it would be fine. They charged us 250 dollars extra after and extended our time for renting the car by 2 days.

The employee told us “it’s fine as long as they’re smaller than baseball size they won’t matter.” Thankfully we took pictures because over a month later we get a claim for those dents for $2400. Renters beware. Make sure the employee signing the vehicle over to you documents all dents large and small.

Et surtout, aucun frais caché, nous avons été débités exactement de ce qui avait été convenus. Nous avons dû rallonger la location d’une journée, le service client au téléphone a été très compréhensif. Le tout pour un tarif très raisonnable. Je recommande vraiment cette agence et je choisirai de nouveau cette entreprise pour mes futures locations de voiture.
