- SMSonia Milano6 days ago1.0Reserved an Awd vehicle. Was told when I was getting into the car it was a 4wd vehicle. I was charged for awd on my recipt. Was not an awd. Now not able to leave my rental house. Have been trying to get in contact with the branch at this point for over 4 hours. The tow truck could have brought me a replacement, but because no one can get any communication with the branch through messaging services, email, or calls, I have to ride the hour into the location with the tow truck driver (uber cannot access here either) and then drive back. So, Ive lost literally a full day of my 4 day visit to their mistakes. Corporate main lines have helped remedy only some of the situation, like actually getting roadside assistance, and they have also sent messages to them to no avail. Definitely do NOT go with this branch.

- MBMichelle BroglioDec 26, 20251.0Reserved months in advance an 8 passenger premium extended cab SUV with 4 wheel drive to drive up the mountain. Called a few days in advance and confirmed the car would be available. When we went to pick it up, our options were a 7 passenger SUV with 2 wheel drive only(we have 8 people), and a 15 passenger van with 2 wheel drive. Had to take the van as we couldn’t fit everyone in seatbelts and also luggage. The van is unsafe on these icy mountain roads. It wouldn’t make it to the house so we had to park it and now have no transportation for our visit. We have called Enterprise several times and have received no response. We have always had good service but no longer feel comfortable using them.
