most disgusting filthy shower room I've been in a long time and that's saying a lot. Every coffee machine ice machine another appliance says dust an inch thick on top of it. The manager should be embarrassed, the regional manager should be embarrassed, and the pilot corporation should be very embarrassed. Health Department should be out there.

Taking away driver laundry is not cool. People complain about smelly drivers. When you take away our amenities out here, you take away from driver decency, dignity, and self respect. First the sit down restaurants, then the TV rooms and now the laundry facilities. You really are trying to exclude the drivers from any social interaction and keeping us isolated. The pic with the big closed door used to be the driver lounge. The others show what used to be the driver's laundry room turned into the employee laundry room which they already have. WE ARE HUMAN BEAINGS! Go back to treating us like that.

Not sure if I been here before as I don't travel down I - 55 often. Got to get my fuel/def and shower so I can get to Ruston LA tomorrow.
This place is spacious, well lit, has a WIDE entrance enough pumps for diesel/def.
This Pilot is right off I -55 you can't miss it. Looks like parking is scarce around 5pm, so you got to get in where you fit in.

Kaylee Gueits made a post one month ago. I believe she was being nice because all she said is still true today one month later. The health department really should condemn this store. This is the worst example of showing your appreciation for all the drivers supporting transportation of all the products we need and want. Bring your own hasmat suit to shower. And if you have respiratory problems stay a mile away. Obviously management needs to be replaced. Being an old store isn't an excuse for filth and grime. And put out your trash cans to be used by your patrons. They can't even fix a $5 bathroom door lock. Don't believe me? Look at the pictures. That is just some of a years worth of neglect and laziness. Rip it down, rebuild and hire an entire new staff that cares.

The gentleman that you have working nights , Has a very bad attitude cant answer the simplest question and likes to threaten customers with violence when asked a question. He is rude as hell and when you give him the same attitude you are receiving he wants to get violent and call the cops. The lady working with him is awesome and has no attitude problem will answer your questions sincerely and nicely. Management should really think about the type of staff they are employing. this gentleman who will go unnamed is a severe risk to the safety of your staff and customers
