    Literally the BEST hospitality I’ve gotten in a long time. Everyone in the store was so kind. I was immediately asked if I needed help (which I did). I’ll def be coming back. So glad Tylertown has an Auto Zone and even more thankful for the kind help. Keep it up, yall.

    I flew into Mississippi for a couple of days to visit a friend. He has a Nissan Maxima that had begun dying or surging erratically. The dealership said it would be weeks before they could look at it. I decided to Google the issue since I have an Xterra and thought it could be a couple of things. We went to a nearby AutoZone and met an unassuming associate at the counter, who looked like he stepped off a farm. But don’t let that fool you—his name was Jack H. After relieving the dealership guy of 20 minutes of questions, Jack concluded that it was most likely the crankshaft position sensor. We bought the part, installed it, and it fixed the problem! The dealership might have tried to blame fuel injectors, distributor, coil packs, or even the transmission, which could have cost anywhere from $600 to $6,000. Thanks to Jack, my friend saved at least $570. Thank you so much, Jack!
