  The team here were extremely helpful and provided great customer service. I recently bought a used car and they checked it out for me. They explained in detail what they found and gave me options. Highly recommend.

  Seth and the team at Midas were outstanding. They took the time to recommend a safer repair option than the one I initially requested, explaining the difference clearly so I could make an informed decision. Their honesty and expertise really stood out. On top of that, the service was fast and efficient—they had me back on the road in no time. Highly recommend!

  This establishment absolutely RIPPED my 24 yo daughter off. Talked her into $3k in repairs, most she never agreed to. Then upon leaving her Camry made the loudest racket that was NOT there before, she took it back and they told her her car was unsafe to drive and would need another $3k repair to the rack and pinion system, but when she refused to agree was told “well I guess it’s ok to drive”! She had to get another mechanic to fix the issue out of her own pocket (nothing wrong with the tack and pinion). The manager of this place (Seth) spoke with me and talked a big game and promised they would make it right but what a surprise I never heard back from him. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE!!!!!

  I’ve been bringing my car here for years, but my most recent visit truly stood out because of the exceptional customer service. Seth is, by far, one of the most down-to-earth and helpful people you could ask for. He not only helped pinpoint the issue with my car, but also took the time to explain everything in a way that was easy to understand. On top of that, he walked me through my options so I could make the best decision. Experiences like this would keep me coming back—highly recommend!

  TL;DR: Amazing service, personable staff without pressuring upsales, good coupons online. My new go-to car maintenance business. This was the first time I’ve used Midas on Monday when I took my truck for oil change. I was very pleased with not only a report of everything they checked but pictures to back it up. And I didn’t feel pressured for upsales; they were suggestions and which were priorities. I had a coupon for the oil change from a local event where they had a booth- which is what prompted me to try them. So the next day I took my car for oil change and wanted to assure my brakes were still in good shape (due to high mileage). Again, every point they checked, they had recommendations and priorities. Also had the prices on my check sheet for anything they can service of the suggestions (tires, brake fluid exchange, etc). They also explained the warranties and perks of the services (rotation, free flat fix, etc). This time I went to the website as per their suggestion and got coupons for the oil change again. Both oil changes were less expensive than the place I’ve been going to for years- (that I also get coupons online AND my work discount.- still cheaper. And the other place pressure upsales) I also appreciate that they have a loaner car if it will take a while and I couldn’t stay. I want to also mention that there was a lady in the lobby that the technician came in to talk to about her car findings and what it needed. I was listening to a book with one AirPod, so I didn’t hear the conversation, but I did hear “if this was my wife’s car, this is what I would make sure got done for safety…” as he was seated in front of her explaining whatever her car needed and the cost etc. I appreciate the staff being personable. Car maintenance is an common chore we all must do, so it’s not mentioned in casual conversation often- but know that I’ve already bragged about this to my sister (who lives out of state) just because of the positive experience. And will tell others. And am glad to leave a positive experience review because we all need to hear not just the negatives.
