- DDDaniel Doyle5 days ago1.0Went to get my van checked for an exhaust leak and sat almost two hours watching the mechanics look at my paperwork that was at the front of the line only to get the paperwork behind mine and start on their car. In other words they had started on people’s cars that came in after me. I asked about how much longer they said an hour I got my keys and left. That was ridiculous!

Called to try and resolve the issue with a manager, the manager hung up on me, then called again and he laughed and said they could look at it but I would have to pay for the damages… I originally came in for brake/tire issues and came out with a broken headlamp. I have never experienced something like this and hate to leave this for Midas but I don’t want to go back after this.

I highly recommend this Midas location and especially Zeke if you’re looking for top-notch service!
