- MLMike Lansdell3 days ago1.0I made a review but I see it got took off so I'm putting it back on here cause people need to know and there was added items that came up even more after the last post. I ask them not to take my car apart and show me the new filters I had already done they said ok. They done it any way after they said ok we wouldn't on top of telling me I needed new windshield wipers which was only a week old as well. Then they put my interior air filter back in wrong would not blow air correctly. Making a noise Had to fix that when I got home . On top of charging me more than posted oil change $ in the lobby .and they would not make it right Last time I got a oil change it was correct amount but this time was more alot more . and did not tell me till it was time to get my car that it was going to be higher for same oil change. And now my check engine light was on and has never been on in 6 years I've owned it .. So had to get that cleared hasn't been back on . Last post the mgr called me left a call back number I called back couple times different dsys all I get is a bot recording leave your number u would think you would have curtsy enough to pick the phone up I'm not playing phone tag Just beware as they don't listen and get your price confirmed even if you been going there so it's not a surprise with hidden cost that wasn't there before on top of everything they try to sell you . And told me I needed brakes which was not even 1/2 worn after getting it checked else where . And I went to get oil change else where they wouldn't do it cause they said I need to carry it back to where I got it done at as it was leaking I told them never would I . After having it checked at another place oil filter was leaking . So had it changed and corrected as well. Very disappointed and won't be back reposting due to it should stay on here and others need to know what to expect ask and get it firm price with out the added surprises . All that and cost more than price posted for just wanting a oil change on top of all the other added surprises that happened .

The technician that serviced my car was very thorough and let me know of a minor issue. They even cleaned my windows! I will definitely be returning to patronize with them again. Be sure to take advantage of the 50% off coupon. Full service oil change for $35.00, that's my type of carrying on!
