I went into Jiffy Lube for an oil change in July of this year but I few days later I had to return because my truck was indicating low coolant. Confused I went back to jiffy lube and asked if they could check for leaks or weak hoses and they reported nothing and refilled my coolant but the problem never stopped! I took it to the dealership and was told that my coolant reservoir was damaged. So I returned to jiffy lube because they are the ONLY people I allow to be under my hood. The manager lady I think Michelle said she REPLACE my coolant reservoir but didn’t! I was driving my truck today and got the low coolant indicator again so I bought and put my own coolant in just to watch it run out the side of my reservoir onto the ground beneath! I’m beyond disappointed because I trusted them but the apparently didn’t care to buy a new reservoir but instead glue or mend the one they damaged and call me to say they fixed the issue!
