  I had a very disappointing experience with this oil change company. They performed an oil change on my friend’s car, and shortly after leaving, the vehicle began having problems that were not present before the service. This raises serious concerns about the quality of their work and whether the oil change was done properly and with care. What made the experience even worse was the employee Jason’s attitude. He was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional when concerns were brought to his attention. Instead of showing accountability or offering help, he acted as if the situation did not matter. Customers trust businesses to perform basic maintenance correctly and treat them with respect. Unfortunately, this company failed on both. I would not recommend this location to anyone looking for reliable service or professional customer care.

  First time visiting and definitely the last! Pulled in and got in a bay right away was only one other customer there. While waiting on getting the oil changed in my car another car pulled in the tech went to greet them and was out there several minutes ingaged in a conversation while the tech in the pit underneath my car was calling out for him. On top of that his kid came to the bay door telling him something apparently from what we saw when we finally was leaving the child and the child's mother was sitting in the car at the end of the building. Was never ask what type of oil I wanted in my car. He just put the oil they suggest to be put in it then the cost was $110 for a oil change only. The tech working on the car on the first bay was tending to the customer as you expect. There was also a guy sitting in the office playing on his phone while chatting with the lady in the car in the first bay. I will never go back and will not recommend it to friends or family

  My tire is about flat I pull in and ask if they will patch or plug my tire. They declined to fix it because of the fix a flat I put in. Never heard of this before. Disappointed. Went to Walmart and they fixed for half the price and didn't take them long at all. Go to Walmart for tire repair.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an amazing experience getting my brakes changed thanks to Dustin, Kam, and Hatchett! They took such great care of me, explained everything clearly, and made the whole process stress-free. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers. I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend them!
