  I have never had a company in the car rental business be so rude and hateful in my entire life. My wife was stranded in another state because of winter weather and her flights were canceled and I was driving 5 states away to get her when my truck broke down in Tupelo Mississippi I called to get a rental. I explained the whole situation and was told no they wouldn’t help. Then the man on the phone even said “ I ain’t the one to mess with” which blew my mind at the attitude this man had. I contacted Hertz in the same town explained the situation and they did everything they could and got me in a car to get to my wife. If you’re ever in this area and need a vehicle don’t even call this company I would go to Hertz they were beyond understanding and helpful Enterprise on the other hand was hateful and rude and had no compassion whatsoever

  No empathy! At the end of the rental purchase, I only had cash and checks. Rental was being paid by insurance. I was paying the deposit. I walked 2 miles to the bank to get a debit card. I walked 2 miles back to enterprise. She then tells me she has no cars left. After 30 minutes she found a car that had “not been cleaned”. It smelt horrible! She later told me they had tried everything to get that smell out.

  They were fast, and made sure i was comfortable with the vehicle i got, answered all my questions about my rental, very professional, friendly i would definitely rent here again.
