Through the process of working with insurance, the rental car, and Joe Hudson, it was all a smooth process. They even kept me updated through the process of my car getting repaired. My car was completed even before the scheduled time and it even looked to be washed, lol. The customer service was also really good. No matter who I called, someone was always willing to help or directed me to someone who knew how to. I highly recommend. If I ever need anything else, I know who to call and where to go!
