  Service was thorough and quick. Jimmy, John, and the rest of the crew were great! I don’t feel the push for an upsale. I went in for a routine oil change and any additional issues with the car were addressed and resolved in a professional manner. Great work, guys!

  I really like the service here. Even when the line of cars is long, the staff will do there best to scan you into the system, do preliminary checks so by the time you pull in your car they can focus on the key maintenance issues. The staff is also very friendly. They will inform you of additional services you may need, but do not pressure or badger you to get extra services. I like this place!

  Fast friendly service. Very professional. I always come to the Southaven Valvoline location on Goodman Road for an oil change. I get a discount on Groupon, and this location accepts it.

  All good.... just taking a little bit longer but I understand they're busy but it took me an hour and a half to get four cars back one in the garage three in line and me make four took an hour and a half to get in the bay.
