  My experience was safe life was okay. The technician was awesome very professional we had great conversation while he installed my windshield. The downside was they offered military discount on their website. But I was not able to apply to my estimation. When I talk to the customer service rep I was informed to talk to the technician about a military discount. The technician stated that he could not provide me a military discount because I was already giving a price for whatever's going to cost for the repairs. And that someone from the customer service should have given me a discount. So in my opinion their saying their military friendly but I was not provided any kind of opportunity to receive any type of military benefit to help offset the cost of the repairs. This was out of pocket expense my insurance did not covered the expense of me replacing my windshield because it was more than my deductible.

  Safelite (Southaven, MS) was selected by my insurance carrier to replace my cracked windshield, and I agreed to their service owing to the convenience of their coming to my home. After the windshield was installed in my garage, the workers could not successfully recalibrate the camera, and informed us that Safelite would contact us the next morning to schedule an in-office service to complete the repair. The in-office service was similarly unsuccessful, lasting several hours. We were notified shortly after by phone that the issue was their recalibration computer needing an update, and that we'd need to visit for a third time to complete the service, which was ultimately successful. Safelite was polite and respectful throughout and did complete the service, though their neglecting to keep their repair system updated resulted in huge inconvenience to us.

  Paid $450 for a window replacement, opened it once and it won't go back up. They want me to wait a week for a warranty appointment because they didnt install it properly in the first place.

  Dealing with Safelite was easy and they were quick to schedule an appointment for my windshield replacement. The 2 technicians that came were pleasant and professional. I’m a very picky person and they did not disappoint me. I highly recommend using Safelite.
