  Everyone at this location in Southaven was very nice and quick to get me taken care of and on the road within 15 minutes. I was very surprised. Then when I brought the vehicle back, they were extremely busy but still very quick with their service. The manager checked me in and was thanking me for bringing the car back when I did because she had someone waiting on a car. She was very polite and thorough and she is a huge asset to your company. I think she deserves a raise! Great job!

  From the Webster dictionary: reserve: to make arrangements for use or possession of (something) at a later time. We made a reservation for a vehicle 2 days ago for our wedding!!!!!! Absolutely the WORST customer service i have ever experienced! What do you mean you gave our reservation away!?!?! What in the world am I supposed to do?!? When you give our reservation away and you say "might" have one when we come up there?!? NO SORRY THATS NOT HOW RESERVATIONS WORK!!!!! Someone needs to read the definition of thier service!!

  This location was awful, especially the manager Jacob. He hung up the phone. I was angry and instead of listening, he yelled over me! I called again, and he did the same and once again hung up. Rude is an understatement. His behavior bordered on racist. My issue was the same as another person NOT of color, and he assisted her. I always hate to go to “there” but it just makes one wonder. As I write this, I see similar reviews. Perhaps the owner of this location should examine this matter. I plan to write a letter to the Corporate office. But in this era, I honestly don’t expect anything to change.

  I called Enterprise in Wednesday for a rental and said I needed someone to pick me up when I drop off my vehicle. The Enterprise employee said we can pick you up. On Friday, I dropped off my vehicle to a body shop and called Enterprise and said I'm ready for a pickup. I was told, ok. Within a minute, an Enterprise employee called and said we don't pick up. I said I was told on Wednesday that the location would pick me up. The Enterprise location said I was given incorrect information. Instead of fixing the problem, the only thing Enterprise said was sorry. Horrible experience. I've used that location in the past several times and really enjoyed it. I even recommend coworkers use it. Now, I will tell coworkers how they treat customers. That location could have been superstars today. They could have said, hey there was some miscommunication and it's our fault, but we will pick you up because that's what you were told. Instead, they said sorry. Saying sorry without a solution to a problem is the lazy way out. I guess their "solution" was to say we will extend the time for the pickup of your rental. They thought saying sorry is supposed to fix everything and make everything ok and it doesn't. If there is a problem, you solve it. You don't say sorry and that's it.
