Then continued to have me wait behind the vehicle ahead of me for 45 minutes know good and well that the did not have the oil for my vehicle in stock. Complete waste of time.

I took It back for them to take a look and one of the individuals stated that an oil change wouldn’t cause that. He was rude about it. I also got a filter changed here but Firestone stated that the filter wasn’t changed. I referred someone here for an oil change and they also had issues with their vehicle. Do not take your vehicles here.

I waited and waited, but they weren't making any progress, and two cars even left. Despite this, I decided to stay and wait. It was 2:25 PM, and I was finally about to be next, and the wait was almost over. I also had to get to work, so I didn't have much time left. Just when I thought it was my turn, one of the workers came over and told me to move my car back because the woman next to me was going to go first. I told him that wasn't right, that I had arrived before her, but he didn't believe me and insisted that she was going to go before me. Honestly, I was upset because it wasn't fair. I had arrived earlier and waited for almost two hours. So I didn't say anything else and just left because I wasn't going to wait any longer. Besides, I had to get to work. If I had known that this is the kind of service they provide, I would have gone somewhere else. I just wasted my time and they didn't even provide me with any service.
