- SSshareeka StricklandJan 30, 20261.0Very unprofessional staff is rude no work was being done the employees smoking while working under the hood very unsafe ❗big guy told me two people were in line and my wait time would be over 2 hours I recommend Valvoline...I came in on yesterday ❗for an oil change❗ Im just telling my experience sir ❗From the looks of it some of the employee looked high❗ the price midas attempted to charge me for oil change Valvoline top off all fluids check tire pressure and check lights maybe❗ you should consult with your staff instead of trying to figure out if I'm a customer or not ❗I brought my car in dier need of oil change because I went over mileage I had my son in the car on ice trying to get an oil change because this business was the closest to my home yet I went to vavline where they were friendly and explained everything that was being done and gave me 25$ off the job that was being done I called twice before pulling up on yesterday ❗ Have a good day sir and I will as well do better
