  I went in to get a price on a truck the lady at the front desk was nice but the guy that was supposed to tell me the price was the ruddiest salesman I have ever met he didn’t know the price off the top of his head so we went over to his computer while he was finding the truck I asked him if he knew what year it was to which he rudely said I don’t know I run 13 dealerships I don’t just remember everything to which I said I get it he asked what I done for work I told him and then he asked is that truck gonna do what I need 3 times finally tells me the price then I told that I appreciate it to then him asking me what my budget was to which I said I’m just shopping around right now then he asked 2 more time to which I said I haven’t found any under 50,000 that I like and he rudely says well that don’t tell me nothing so I tell him my budget is 50k–60k which he said rudely again well the truck is 52k and some change then says what are you looking for can it be older to which I told him 2020 and newer then I told him I appreciated his time but when I started walking away he mumbled stuff the whole time I walked to the door that sums it up I didn’t get his name but he’s short bigger and almost bald if you go to this dealership and get him I definitely recommend asking for someone else to sum it up from my prospective if the truck was 10k under what most are I still would not buy from that guy

  Definitely will never go back to this dealership or recommend them. I found a car I really liked and was working with a salesman on the phone, as I live three hours away. I was preapproved and received the paperwork detailing my payment amount. I drive all the way there, and they tell me my payments will now be $300 more a month.

  Chad Moore was the best salesman to work with He was backed by a great team ready to make the right deal for our new F150. We even went to another known dealer in the area and went back to Landers Ford South for our purchase. Smooth process and no nonsense approach. 5 stars. ⭐️

  Mr. Joe Wilborn the Sales Consultant at Lander Ford in Southaven, MS was a GOD send to me. My 2003 Ford F-250 broken down as I traveled from New Orleans, LA on business to Memphis, TN to see family. Fuel was leaking all under the truck. I still had to travel back to Greenville, SC, and my F-250 wasn't going to make it back to South Carolina. The parts were not available and would take weeks to come in which would increase the cost and time that I didn't have to wait and pay. The cost would have costed me more than I put down for a 2023 F-150 with all the bells and whistles which came with the truck. The factory warranty was still valid and the milage was 35,000 miles. Joe asked me what I wanted to spend monthly in payments. I told him, and he found 5 vehicles for me to choose from. My first words to Joe was, "I need your help!" He looked at my truck and found me a new vehicle to drive home. I can say that Joe heard me. I am so thankful that he seen my distress of making it back home. GOD led me to Joe, and I have a newer truck to drive now. My payments are acceptable because GOD made a way for me through Joe, the accountant, and the owner.   Very pleased with the speedy transaction and follow up to my online inquiry. Was in and out with the new Mach E in about 3 hours. We spent 45 minutes test driving, looking at the colors (great that Landers supports a large inventory), and discussing whether we wanted the panoramic glass roof or the steel and the black vs the light space grey interior. That was an intense discussion, and took a bit of time. Alex was patient and held back while hubby and I discussed our pros/cons and did not try to insert himself into our process. I appreciated that he did not enter our conversation and did not try to rush us even though it was getting late and a Friday. Once we made the decision, everything was very efficient and the paperwork was handled by their Amazing finance person, Susan. She keeps the place humming along. The incentives offered were comparable to what was advertised online (slightly different, because we were buying and not leasing). We feel like we got a good deal and they made a little money too. They gave us a GREAT trade in allowance (seriously right in line with the outstanding value I got from Edmunds). That saved us the time of listing a private sale. It was an easy and fast transaction. A BIG plus is having the physical inventory in many colors...not everyone wants the one in white. I recommend them and would go back in the future.
