Unfortunately my salesman was newer than the truck, and he was unclear as what papers he needed etc. it got to a point where he was upset and escalated. Luckily, Taylor, a manager intervened and took over. It was smooth sailing after that. So my purchase experience wasn’t too good. I can only hope that parts and service are as efficient and as good as Taylor was. So I only have very limited experience with this dealership, I have been a long time ford truck owner and I highly recommend ford truck products. Unfortunately I can’t say the sales experience was a positive. And when I mentioned the running boards are to high and to narrow, about salesman said you should have brought that up before buying. But I only drove the truck around the block and hopped out back at the dealer. I then knew I wouldn’t get any consideration for helping my service disabled self with the running boards. I expected more from a company like Ford. Henry would’ve been upset.
