When I got to the end of the car wash it was turning my car wheels side to side. I eventually had to drive out of the tunnel before getting to the end. It was a terrible experience today. Please fix this issue asap

The person I sent to get his free wash for thirty days was denied. I tried on several occasions and was still denied. It was very embarrassing. People were looking and getting upset because I had to get out of the line. You should not advertise things you do not honor. They advised me that if the person was once a member, they could not get the 30 days free wash. That is very unprofessional. I will tell everyone that you guys say things that you don't mean.
