The vehicle provided wasn't clean or fueled. We have had previous rentals with them where everything was as it should be. We did have mechanical issues with this rental on the way home. The manager made some adjustments to our final bill because of the mechanical issues.

Dispute me making a reservation two months in advance, I was contacted to confirm when I went to pick up my car I waited over two hours because they didn’t have my car. When they finally got a car they brought me a dirty car that was horribly staged. Dirtsc crumbs , drunken captions were in the car after they said they cleaned it. I’m just blown away at the lack of professionalism!

When she asked for my credit card, I asked what was I being charged for because my insurance was paying for the rental. She told me the $200 deposit and I would receive it back when I return the car. I was charged for more and cannot prove it. Just make sure when using your credit card and what you sign for. I tried to send a copy of my rental agreement and phone number to the address you provided but it would not go through.

I realize most people will only leave a bad review so I decided to leave this positive review based on my experience. I reserved a vehicle a couple of months prior on the website and it couldn't have been easier. I had one minor snag during pickup but that was due to a miscommunication error between one of the staff. However, Enterprise quickly resolved the problem. Pickup was a breeze - on a Friday afternoon before a Holiday week. The vehicle drove like a dream and I had no mechanical issues. Returning the vehicle a week later was again a very quick and painless process. Don't let the bad reviews scare you. Everyone here was friendly and professional.
