- DDDenise Davenport2 days ago1.0Let me share: I hate when people come to me like I don’t have the knowledge that God has blessed me with. So originally a new employee (from what I was told by management) did my rental on a $50 deposit instead of $300. Ok yall bad for not properly training the fella. So I had an insurance claim on file. While my car was in the body shop I needed extra days. So I called to add extra days and that’s when I was told what happened with the deposit issue. The manager said it was ok because they messed up. Yesterday I called and a female employee answered and said something again about that deposit I told her the manager said it was ok. I told her I would come in. While a male employee was helping me she took it upon herself to come to the register to regulate the situation (not the manager). The manager (I guess) came up front to lie to me (that’s what made me upset) and say because you need more days we need to add the $300 deposit. That’s funny because I just came in that location Wednesday and paid for Thursday and it was not a problem. My thing is this just be HONEST and tell your customers the truth. That yall messed up and it needed to be fixed instead of coming to me like I have no sense of knowledge.

I was hung up on and I called back. After he answered, I tried again and I heard him asking a female in the background, if he should park the call. So, I thought that he was transferring the phone, but it went to a voicemail. I called a third time and I heard the representative and coworkers and a different guy hung up on me. I don't appreciate this at all and this was unprofessional and rude. Hire people that want to work and with customer service skills.

Well obviously no one has been doin there job entering the inventory on hand. Doing the returns in the computer properly. She suggested I go to another branch. I just laughed.
