Unprofessional. I go there to simply get brake lights and to get them put on. When I get there I hear workers in the back gossiping talking about who looks better than who… A older man checks me out but when I ask him to put my lights in he says that they’re having a meeting in the back when I clearly hear every word they’re saying and every bit of it is unprofessional not to mention they’re loud… whole store can hear the conversation. By this time there are 2 more customers behind me. I accept the fact that he can’t put them on. I go to my car and as I’m sitting there he comes out to assist the customer behind me with their car ???? So I ask him since he has time to come and look at someone else car I’m sure he has time to come look at mine!! I wait and then one of the employees who was in the store the whole time finally comes out to assist me. She ask me which light is it, I tell her. She tells me she needs a screw driver. She goes in the store, maybe 10 mins later she comes out saying she doesn’t want to unscrew the wrong thing & she’ll let someone else do it. By the time she tells me this, they’re 2 employees helping 2 different customers. Customers that arrived after me. No one seemed to be apologetic about wasting my time.

THE BEST FOLKS! They helped me unscrew then re-attach a rusted out car battery holder when I replaced my battery. It was harder work than it should have been, but they persisted until the job was done right. Come to these guys and gals if you want good service.

As an AutoZoner I truly appreciate what our company provides to our communities. Unfortunately, that was NOT on display on the evening of Oct 29, 2025. Earlier in the day my daughter had to have her car jumped, so she went to this location (where we have received great service in the past) to have the battery tested and to try to uncover the problem. The older of the two gentlemen working complained to her her that it was cold outside, indicating his unwillingness to go test her battery. When she asked if that meant he wasn't going to test it, he replied that it was raining. She explained that it wasn't currently raining, to which he sighed and got the tester and a jacket and went to her car. At the car he complained that he couldn't test the battery, and she told him it had been tested at this AutoZone before. She called me a few minutes later to explain what had happened and to let me know her battery was at 100% and tested fine, but that her battery cable clamp was loose on the battery terminal. She explained that the employee couldn't tighten it any more and went back inside. I left my house shortly after to figure out why she was having so much trouble from our company when I know our values and treatment of customers is supposed to be so much better. When I arrived I checked her battery and she showed me the clamp sliding right off. When I went inside, after almost a minute someone came out from the back and I asked if he was the one who helped my daughter. He said he was and I asked why he was unwilling to go help her at her car. All he could say was that he did go to her car. After a short exchange, the other gentleman came from the back and we discussed the situation more. He explained to me that my daughter needed a battery post shim to fix it. I asked why they didn't just tell her that and he said because she didn't ask for it. Shocked, I explained that she was a 25 year old young lady and didn't know, and that she came to AutoZone for expert advice. Following this I asked if they had tried loosening the clamp and trying to retighten it (as this will sometimes fix the problem). They just kept saying they couldn't tighten it any more or risk breaking something. Since that wasn't what I was asking and they didn't seem to be listening, we left. I am incredibly sad and embarrassed as an AutoZoner that I have to leave this review, but I also love our company and feel it is important for the store, region, and division leadership to know what happened. While I will, of course, continue to go to AutoZone for my needs, and so will both of my daughters, this particular store has lost my business. We are fortunate to have another store nearby and we will start going to that store instead.

My daughter car needed a battery asap this morning. Went into this location and got helped with no hesitation. Greeted with friendly smiles and great attitudes at 7:30 am, so refreshing! Thank you to the store manager Mr Charles Spikes for swiftly and efficiently handling my situation and still got my child to school on time. Definitely gained a new customer 🩷

Dropped my car off in the morning for a set of tires.. the sales rep/person at the desk offered a full car inspection after I stated something small was wrong with the car. I said that would be great if they had time. Was supposed to receive a call by 4:30 but never did. Showed up just before closing for them to tell me they hadnt even started the tires because the inspection hadnt been done. Stop spending so much effort upselling and just focus on what was going to be gladly paid for. Pathetic excuse for customer service.
