- PCPudin Cheers1 day ago5.0ME AND ANOTHER GENTLEMAN WAS HELPING AN ELDERLY WOMAN WHOM CAR STALLED ON HER IN THE TURNING LANE ON GOODMAN, ABOUT QUARTER OF A MILE FROM AUTO. I WENT INSIDE AUTO LOOKING FOR HELP, THE STORE MANAGER AND HIS CREW IMMEDIATELY PULLED TOGETHER TO HELP ME FIGURE HOW TO HELP THE LADY. THE STORE MANAGER, MR. CHARLES, SENT ONE OF HIS CREW MEMBERS, WHO VOLUNTEERED TO GO OUT, WITH TOOLS TO SEE IF HE COULD HELP RESOLVE THE PROBLEM WITH HER VEHICLE. ANOTHER ONE OF THE GUYS WHO WORKS AT AUTOZONE, GAVE HIS JUMPBOX OUT OF HIS PERDONAL VEHICLE TO USE. THE GUY FROM AUTO ZONE DROVE BACK AND FORWARD GETTING PARTS THE LADY NEEDED TO GET HER BACK ON THE ROAD. I WOULD LIKE TO GIVE A BIG THANK TO THE STORE MANAGER MR. SIKES AND CREW FOR REACTING FAST TO HELPING AND ELDERLY LADY IN NEED. THE WHOLE CREW WAS FRIENDLY AND EXCITED TO HELP. I RECOMMEND AUTO ZONE AT 808 GOODMAN ROAD TO ANYONE WHO NEED HELP AND PARTS.THANKS GUYS!
- MMMya Mcglone1 day ago5.0I came to this location for the very first time, I had a check engine light and all of the men in the store this morning, tonnocki, jailyn, Marcus, and their manager Charles, were all extremely helpful and kind, I was able to get a brand new battery and they assisted to get the new battery put into my car I definitely recommend this location if you are looking for efficiency and people that genuinely care about making sure you are taken care of.
