I've been to several locations around Memphis and even another Southaven location on Church road and have received a greeting and great customer service. It's like the workers skedaddled soon as I entered the store🙄. So I had planned on asking whoever greeted me and asked if I needed help to help me find an item BUT no one did so I proceeded to find the item myself and take it to the register. Once at the register it's 3 workers (2 males and 1 female) talking amongst one another. Then a man comes down (I believe his badge said Jeffrey assistant manager) and he was like she'll be over to help you I'm going on break. Soooooo in my mind I'm like why come to assist me if you really aren't trying to assist me. My transaction was literally less than a min to handle and it was made to seem like an issue. It's one of the newer locations and it makes me upset that I don't even feel comfortable shopping here now. My first and last time at this location.
- ATAmber TownselMar 31, 20265.0I came in because the dealership said I needed a new battery. Since i purchased by battery from Auto Zone, I came to the store to have it checked. There was in fact no issue with my battery. There was a part around the battery that needed to be replaced to keep everything in place. The store manager, Charles, not only diagnosed the issue but worked to get it fixed quickly! Customer service and knowledge 10 out of 10!
