  This is my first time to ever write a review! My experience with enterprise in Senatobia was absolutely awful! I reserved a vehicle 6 weeks ago. Confirmed the reservation two weeks ago. When I went today to pick up my car, there wasn't one available. She told me she would have me a car there by 5. I called at 4:30 and she said she couldn't get a car and that I would have to drive 45 minutes in rush hour traffic to another location to get my car. I ask if there would be some sort of discount for my trouble. She became very rude and told me she would call me back when she found a car. I never received a call. After going back Up there she said there was no cars available. This caused us to have to speed to Southaven in time to get a car. The people at Southaven were very kind, helpful, and seemed to genuinely care that I had a deadline to get this car. I plan to call corporate and also the regional manager to hopefully prevent anyone else from dealing with the rude, incompetent, and unprofessional lady in Senatobia! The amount of rudeness shown and complete lack of professionalism is completely unacceptable.

  There was no problem with the car no problem returning it dealership checked it and gave me a clear okay I brought it back the way I left with it thank you very much I appreciate Enterprise for the great job they help me during the period that I rent from the company thank you again Enterprise

  I have to say Sandra does not have good customer service over the phone nor does she know her vehicles. I have a warranty that preferred that I rent a Ford vehicle. I called this location and was immediatly placed on hold (understandable). The called resumed minutes later and I was put on hold once again for a customer in store (Not understandable, now I feel like my questions were not important). I requested Ford vehicle and she proceeds to tell me that Ford does not make economy size cars anymore....What (Ford Fusion/Focus). She then says that she will call me back to handle customers in front of her (Again, I was not important). After an hour, I called back and she smuggley states that she was going to call me back after handling customers in store but she would go ahead and talk to me now. She then tells me that they have a FORD ESCALADE....(-_-) <---- my face (Ford doesn't make Escalades)! I asked if there were any incoming vehicles that fit the request. I also told her that I rented a Ford Focus for month in May of 2025 (6 months ago). She rudely interrupts tells me that it could not have been enterprise. Madame I am a corporate professional that has rented for year from Enterprise...this is Mississippi and the options are slim to none. The impertinence was real! I KNEW SHE WOULD BE RUDE WHEN I CALLED BACK SO I HAPPILY RECORDED THE ENTIRE CONVO TO SHARE WITH THE AREA MANAGER AND I HOPE THAT IT WILL BE ADDRESSED APPROPRIATLY!
