They tell us to call the other location 30 mins away. We call them and they hang up on us. Glad we didn't pay ahead of time. We won't be back

Me and her had and an altercation before because she tried to get over on me and over charge me. I left a bad review about her and I get there this morning to pick up my rental and she tells me she don't have anything (THEY NEVER DO) and she would prefer me to go to Oxford because of our past run in. I don't see why she's still working there considering all the bad reviews she gets. They just after money and always trying to over charge their customers. Making up lies like scratches are on the cars when you return them or you've been smoking in them when you don't even smoke. I would rather walk before I rent a car from them. The Enterprise in Oxford and at the Memphis airport are way better to deal with because they care about their customers. Sandra just after money and don't know how to be professional.... like who hired that woman. They need to just shut the whole Enterprise down in Senatobia.
