The manager, Kylan, immediately came out to help and diagnosed the problem (the valance under front bumper was loose and dragging on the road). He literally laid in the dirt and repaired it, then refused to charge me. Obviously, my Tesla doesn’t need oil changes, so there was not much benefit to him for helping me. THIS is what real customer service looks like!!!
