  I recently rented a truck from Penske in Richland, MS and overall had a good experience. The staff was professional, friendly, and got me in and out quickly. The rental process was smooth, and I appreciated the clean truck and the convenience of after-hours drop-off. That said, the truck I received had an aggressive balancing problem, which made for a rough and tiring 10-hour drive. It did not ruin the trip, but it was definitely uncomfortable for such a long haul. Despite that issue, Penske still delivered on service and professionalism, and I’d consider renting from them again, just hoping for a smoother ride next time.

  Well, where should I start. Let's start with the call I made to make an appointment for an oil change. We had to wait almost 2 hours for a nasty response to a question of how much longer we have to wait? Randy responded with until we are done. How rude it doesn't take that long to do an oil change, but here is the kicker. After my call, it takes less than 10 min, and my truck is all done. What a joke. They dont even have complimentary drinks and a decent place to sit. I will never be back to this place, and I recommend everyone who uses penske for their business to find some other place where you can get the respect you deserve.

  She was great.Moving is stressful enough with out the truck and everything else that comes with it. Her Co worker received a call about a truck. It was Sat and we were there fir the last big truck. He told the caller they were out. She stopped him got their number to call them after she finished us. She told him she would find them a truck. Customer Service who knew. Well done.

  Very good costumer service, personal service and shop service very efficient, only thing I'm not very happy about it is the truck they give me, first I. Notice a tire was not meet the dot requirements, then a air leak somewhere under the dashboard, then cleanse light on my trailer didn't work, fortunate they fix all those issues right away, but on my way home (Modesto Ca ) another air leak on the truck likely I made to my delivery destination in Hayward Ca after that I'm gonna take this truck back to Penske so they can check all the way around or they can provide another better truck. Also when i park to fuel or to do anything else it take like. 2 minutes for the entire air system to drain, at the fuel island i have to keep the truck running cuz if not it takes a long time to reach the entire air system up to move this truck.
