  I was in Brandon Mississippi to buy a classic car and my truck blew a water pump. I’m from Indiana. I was stuck. I needed to get my trailer with my new classic car back to Indiana while my truck was getting fixed here in Mississippi so Enterprise totally took care of it with an awesome 2026 FORD F250 that handled the trailer Extremely well!! I want to specifically think Melanie Terrio, Kaylee Spears and Jay Ross for taking care of my truck needs I was able to drive to Indiana get my 1972 H/O Pace Care home and rented trailer - then- drive back and recover my truck (now fixed thanks to Darryl Auto Repair) and be on my way it all happened, Thanks to Enterprise Truck Rental Ken Smith Oldsmobile Enthusiast ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  I do not recommend using this Enterprise Truck rental. I traveled 2.5 hrs after scheduling my booking online Friday. They were open Saturday and never got a call about any problems. I scheduled for a regular 1 ton pickup and they changed it on me for a flatbed which I can not use and never got a call until 3 mins before I had to pick up the truck to tell me they switched it. They have no communication what so ever. This is the second time they have done this to us. And will not use them again. They need better system and communication with their customers.

  No issue with getting what I needed. Easily understand everything about my rental. All in all everything went well.

  I do not recommend this Enterprise Truck Rental location. I arranged a corporate account with Kaylee Spears, but when I first arrived with my driver to pick up a truck at the corporate rate, the staff refused to release the vehicle because my driver did not have a credit card in his name even though I had both a valid personal and business credit card and all required documentation. They also stated that I was not old enough to rent, which is unreasonable for a corporate account. Additionally, staff member Melanie Tarrio made a joke about my age, which was unprofessional and inappropriate. I own multiple businesses and make well over six figures don’t ever try to play with my intelligence. Spears was not present, and no clear explanation was provided, so I left without the vehicle. The next day, I returned with my father, and Spears informed me that we would need to rent under a retail account for one week before the corporate account could be established. We followed her instructions and paid the retail rate, but after the week passed, I was informed during a follow-up call that the account had been declined for unexplained reasons. I also contacted two other Enterprise Truck Rental locations, and both indicated they were ready and willing to set up a corporate account immediately with no issues and agreed that I should not have been treated the way I was. Additionally, the supposed location manager, Jay Ross, does not demonstrate the qualities of a competent manager. This experience was disorganized, misleading, unprofessional, and has caused me significant emotional distress, resulting in a waste of time and resources.

  Wow, I was blown away with friendly service and care from a truck rental place. The site outside and in was cleaner than my local hospital giving me confidence that this was a top notch rental place. It is a joy to have such amazing help in my first Enterprise Truck rental. Loved the 35 cents a mile helping my 400 mile + journey.
