- STSteve TehmanNov 13, 20251.0I purchased a battery 5 months ago and the battery has already died & I have to jump it off multiple times per day and they won’t honor the warranty and replace it. I’ve had my starter & alternator checked & they are good. I’ve also checked for draws and every tech is telling me it’s the battery. This is the worst place to purchase a part from because if it fails, they will do whatever they need to so they don’t have to honor the warranties. I’d recommend if you need any parts that you go anywhere but Autozone because this place will only cause you to spend unnecessary money & they rarely honor their warranty on parts.

As a retired Quality Control supervisor, I’ve been working on my own vehicles since I was 16 years old.. Originally out of necessity.. Through out the years, I have been blessed to repair and turn over for a profit at least 20 cars in my lifetime.. Also was able to bless over 16 people I care about , with free cars. I even had one repainted for my ex sister in law.. All cars were in great shape.. I can honestly say, this Auto Zone has shown the most respect for this female mechanic from day one.. Not knowing anything about my abilities, they were never condescending or rude or jealous.. Just helpful and respectful 100% of the time.. Kudos go out to the Richland Auto Zone Team!

Well, you might wanna stop by Autozone in Richland, Ms and ask for Adam. Now, I'm not saying the other employees can't do a good job but now, because they can. I called the I55 store in Jackson on something I bought from Autozone before and it didn't fit. Well, I was on the phone with Adam. When I told Adam, Autozone didn't have my part, he assured me they did, I said, I bet y'all don't and asked him will he be there around 3:15? Adam said, yes, I will. Well, I went by Autozone on I-55 to pick up a rotor and was hoping to prove Adam wrong on the brake pads. Well low and behold he showed me something. I told Adam, I'm heading to my mechanic, if he doesn't have any problems with these parts, I will give you a good review. Well, this is my review. I preciate it Adam. 👍🏾
