- AAAlicia5 days ago1.0HORRIBLE Service!! Reservation made a month prior to our trip and still had to wait over two hours to get put into a vehicle, which was not even the vehicle we had reserved! Not to mention wanted us to drive an additional hour to get a vehicle that would "Possibly Accommodate" Clerk was neither sympathetic nor empathetic to the situation!! Definitely Will Not be Patronizing this location in the near future! So much for their slogan "We'll Pick You Up" 😂😂

I was harassed about my driver's license even though it is perfectly valid and up to date. Lastly, there is nowhere to park your vehicle on the premises whatsoever, which is unheard of. I will never rent here again. This whole experience was absolutely absurd. I will be contacting the franchise owner and/or corporate

Well the day we was to pick up the car.my wife called and Chloe told my wife it will be a little late and Chloe said she would call as soon as it's ready . Well the rental never made it that day and Chloe never called . Be careful getting a reservation from them at least have a back up plan.

BresciaFeb 20, 20261.0Employees are not prompt with getting you in a vehicle and if you don’t purchase the enterprise insurance they practically shame you and insist that you prove coverage if using a major credit card. And they tell you if it comes back damaged you will be placed on a no- rent list so you cannot ever borrow a vehicle with them again.
