- JFJim FusaroMar 23, 20265.0Drove 10 hrs and one to go. Stopped for fuel having already had a flat earlier. Pull up to pump and card reader ain’t workin. Not the happiest trucker. Walk into store, 3 in line at counter maybe expecting the usual insincere “welcome in”. But that’s not what I got. The cashier made eye contact with me smiled and gave me a warm sincere “welcome in!” Waited my turn in line and noticed her proficiency with each customer. Then it was my turn “need all 3 on pump 23”. Gave her my info swiped my card…she called me by name. “ you’re all set Mr. Jim” with a huge smile. I looked at her name badge tried to pronounce it she laughed said it should have 2 E’s. Kyreeka. We laughed. My frustration from my day was gone! Fueled up came back in for coffee/ snack checked out as she had 4 more in line. And before I got to the door to leave I hear “Be safe have a great day Mr. Jim!” In my 20 years of driving I haven’t experienced such a lovely, caring, proficient welcoming professional as Kyreeeeka! 2 E’s!! Please thank her for turning around my mood and making an exceptional impression on me. She’s management material !!!

Went in to cash in lottery tickets that were bought there and was told they do not cash in winning lotto tickets there. After other customers said she was wrong and insisted that they should cash them since amount was under $100 the then verbally attacked me and when I questioned them on that called police to have me trespassed. Contacted corporate office about incident and was informed only legal department can have customers trespassed. Will not visit this or any other Pilot/Flying J until legal notifies me in writing that in am not trespassed from this and all other locations.
- JHJay HorvatinMar 8, 20265.0The staff helped me to understand the app for a shower. It does not allow me to choose one in the app. So they got me one. Short wait. Very clean shower room, well maintained, nice towel wash cloth and floor mat. Good hot water and water pressure. They provide soap. The following morning got a sausage egg cheese croissant and free coffee. Freshly ground beans and lots of extras at the coffee bar. The croissant sandwich was a little flat but good enough. Did my steps walking around the truck stop half mile around. If you like my posts follow me.
