  Had a side swipe with an 18 wheeler on my way to Mississippi to visit my mom, but truck was drivable. This facility was recommended to me for repairs by my brother, who had used them before! I have to say I am extremely satisfied with the job they did on the repairs on my truck! It looks brand new!! Big shout out to the folks at Joe Hudson for a job truly well done!!

  Fantastic experience here! Car shops can be very intimidating in my experience, but this was not at all. They did great work, communication was excellent, everyone was super friendly, and best of all they finished my car several days sooner than the time originally estimated. I’m very glad I chose this shop for my car repairs.

  Another fine repair job by Joe Hudson’s in Pearl, MS. My vehicle had extensive damage, but you can’t tell by looking at it. You won’t regret bringing your vehicle here.

  I would like to say what an amazing job these guys did on my vehicle. I have State Farm and had been loyal to them for 33 years. Joe Hudson came highly recommended due to their work and after reading the reviews online I felt it was the right fit for for me and for my Highlander. From the day I stepped into the business I was greeted by the sweetest little lady Mrs. Janette. She is super sweet and offered me some coffee while I waited on my appraisal to be done. I was greeted by the appraiser Garrett who went with me around my vehicle and looked over the damages to my car. He was very insightful and went over what he planned on riding for me and stated once he finished getting the estimate together that he would go over it with me. After about 7 to 10 minutes, Garrett came back out and he had the estimate with him and he went over everything and explained that it was gonna be approximately $15,000 to fix my vehicle. I appreciated him taking the time to go over what was being done so that I felt better about my car being at the shop. After I got done with Garrett, he let me know that Miss Janette would help me and get me scheduled in for my repair . Garrett did let me know once my vehicle is there of the additional damage that was found once it was torn down. The only negative thing that I would really say about my whole experience is their System would send out these short, automated Messages which were very annoying however, Miss Janette told me on the front end that I would be receiving these. Not quite sure if they know that these texts are annoying and misleading not sure why it can’t be turned off. Also have to say I don’t mind the updates. I really do appreciate it and it means that they care however I don’t need a step-by-step or a play-by-play of what is going on with my car. When I drop my vehicle off, I ensure that it will get done and I will get a call once it’s complete. I feel the other messages I received. We’re not necessary. I would only assume that since they have issues with That this is not a store issue, but just what they’re told to do from people above them. If I had to add one thing I would say. Updating me every other day was slightly annoying and slightly unnecessary. If you have my vehicle, fix it and let me know when to pick it up outside of that the rest was kinda pointless. Thank you again to Miss Janette and to Garrett for all that you did. It means a lot to me that you’re very professional and made me feel as if I was family. Hopefully, I don’t have to, but if I’m involved in another accident I will Definitely be back!!
