I called & spike with my insurance company and they gave me a list of different shops and places to look into. I made some calls and after some time I was able to find a place I felt was the best for me. The staff was amazing & very knowledgeable. They explained to me what would happen and once it was in the shop there could be additional damages found. I got a call the next day and their estimator went over the estimate. Josh Lee was very detailed and explained that they would keep me posted along the way. I got weekly reminders about the repairs and what was going on with my car. There were some delays due to parts however I understand that is part of business and life. After a few weeks and $13,000 later I was able to get my 2024 Honda Accord back! The paint looked amazing & you could not tell it had ever been wrecked. Thank you again to everyone who works at Joe Hudson Pearl! You are amazing & I can’t say enough about what they did.
