  The Manager at this location Carlie Bice is extremely rude and should not be allowed to manage it!!!! I dropped off my rental right before closing yesterday afternoon and forgot my jacket in the backseat so I called as soon as they opened today and she kept picking the phone up and placing it back on hold and eventually hanging up on me! After finally speaking with her she said She would look then once again hung up the phone! I then sent my grandparents to retrieve it and she was extremely rude to them! Yelling and very reluctant to give them the jacket! Quickly glancing in the vehicle acting as if she did not see it! This is UNACCEPTABLE

  The manager Carlie was absolutely professional, understanding and she went beyond her duties to make sure, we had the vehicle that we ordered due to the fact the first vehicle had issues the issue was resolved quickly. This young lady takes great pride in her work, I will not rent another vehicle from any other location, her employees are also excellent. Carlie and her fellow coworkers makes us feel like family!

  Customer service at the Pascagoula location was beyond real! The staff was friendly, professional and highly efficient.
