I dropped off my rental right before closing yesterday afternoon and forgot my jacket in the backseat so I called as soon as they opened today and she kept picking the phone up and placing it back on hold and eventually hanging up on me! After finally speaking with her she said She would look then once again hung up the phone! I then sent my grandparents to retrieve it and she was extremely rude to them! Yelling and very reluctant to give them the jacket! Quickly glancing in the vehicle acting as if she did not see it! This is UNACCEPTABLE

This young lady takes great pride in her work, I will not rent another vehicle from any other location, her employees are also excellent. Carlie and her fellow coworkers makes us feel like family!
